- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well.
- On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken and pour the marinade over it, then add the sliced bell peppers.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.
