Description

This Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan recipe is a simple and delicious way to enjoy a family dinner with tropical flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Mix well.
  3. On a sheet pan, arrange the chicken and pour the marinade over it, then add the sliced bell peppers.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. Remove from oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
