- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain the fat.
- Add the zucchini, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir until well combined and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Experiment with different vegetables to customize the bake.
- Add red pepper flakes for some heat, if desired.
