Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain the fat.
  3. Add the zucchini, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir until well combined and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
