Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove from grill and top with crumbled feta and chopped parsley before serving.
