Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey and balsamic vinegar together.
  3. Flatten the chicken breasts with a meat mallet to make them easier to stuff.
  4. Spread brie cheese on each chicken breast.
