Description

A deliciously creamy and spicy dish that combines garlic parmesan chicken with spaghetti in a flavorful Cajun cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
  5. Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
  6. Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
