- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Start by cooking the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
- Finally, toss the steak bites back into the skillet, combining everything gently.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
