  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 pound tortellini (Alfredo or cheese-filled)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
  8. Finally, toss the steak bites back into the skillet, combining everything gently.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
