A delicious and simple recipe for Frito Taco Salad featuring turkey bacon for a fun twist.
Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bag Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a large serving bowl, layer the shredded lettuce.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon over the top.
- Just before serving, add the Fritos corn chips, salsa, and ranch dressing. Toss gently to combine.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings such as avocado or jalapeños.
