Description

A delicious and simple recipe for Frito Taco Salad featuring turkey bacon for a fun twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup ranch dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  2. In a large serving bowl, layer the shredded lettuce.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese on top of the lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped turkey bacon over the top.
  5. Just before serving, add the Fritos corn chips, salsa, and ranch dressing. Toss gently to combine.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
