- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra touch, top with whipped cream or chocolate ganache.
