Description

A delightful combination of flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy toasted walnuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares and place a slice of brie in the center of each.
  4. Add a spoonful of cranberries and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts on top of the brie.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
