- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 4 ounces brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares and place a slice of brie in the center of each.
- Add a spoonful of cranberries and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts on top of the brie.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme.
