- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the orange sauce over them.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra sauce over the top.

- For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
