Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Place fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the orange sauce over them.
