  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add the diced chicken ham, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  6. Chop the turkey bacon and add it back to the pot.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
