Try this Easy Layered Taco Bake for a delicious twist on a classic dish, featuring turkey bacon!

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups taco sauce
- 3 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and crumble.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the taco sauce, half of the cheese, half of the tomatoes, half of the black beans, and half of the turkey bacon. Repeat the layers.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, and top with green onions and olives before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the layers.
- You can substitute ground turkey or beef for the turkey bacon if desired.
