- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the mixed bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of chili sauce or sriracha.
