Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, julienned
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
