- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, dill pickles, turkey bacon, and ranch seasoning.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly to form a log and slice into pinwheels.
- Place the swirls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
