Description

This Deviled Egg Pasta Salad combines the richness of deviled eggs with the heartiness of pasta and the savory crunch of turkey bacon for a delightful meal option.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced


Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, peel, and chop them.
  3. Cook turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, eggs, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the green onions and pickles, mixing until all ingredients are well combined.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
