- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Drain the olives and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Dredge the olives in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured olives in the beaten eggs, then roll them in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the olives until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the fried olives with the garlic aioli on the side.
