- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked.
- In your crockpot, layer the chopped cabbage, cooked rice, ground turkey, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Pour the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the top.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
