Ingredients

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Start by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
  4. Place the ribs in the crockpot and pour any remaining sauce over them.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  6. Optional: For a caramelized finish, place the cooked ribs on a baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes.
