Ingredients

- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin and press the wonton wrappers into the cups.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, bell pepper, cornstarch, and egg. Mix well.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into the baked wonton cups.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro before serving.
