Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Form the seafood mixture onto skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.

  6. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice to serve as a dipping sauce.
