- 1 pound scallops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, scallops, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Form the seafood mixture onto skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
- Grill the skewers for 4-5 minutes on each side or until seafood is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice to serve as a dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add your favorite spices or herbs to the seafood mixture.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
