Description
A delicious blend of turkey bacon and chicken ham in crispy quesadillas.
Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add turkey bacon strips and cook until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add diced chicken ham, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Lay a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle half with cheese, add the chicken ham mixture, chopped turkey bacon, and top with more cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- For spicier quesadillas, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
