- 2 large chicken breasts
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, along with lemon juice and zest. Toss to combine.
- Slice the chicken and add it to the spaghetti mixture. Toss again.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in lemon juice and garlic for an hour prior to cooking.
