- 2 flatbreads
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the apple slices with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the apple mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the flatbreads by spreading ricotta cheese evenly on each.
- Once the apples are roasted, top the ricotta flatbreads with the apples and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes until the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some fresh herbs on top before serving.
