- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the mushrooms.
- Sauté the mushrooms until they are golden, then add the garlic.
- Stir in the heavy cream, diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer.
- In a separate skillet, sear the flank steak on high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
- Remove steak from the heat, let it rest, then slice thinly.
- Combine the cooked ravioli with the sauce, serve with sliced steak on top.
