Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar


Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the mushrooms.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms until they are golden, then add the garlic.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, diced tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer.
  5. In a separate skillet, sear the flank steak on high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  6. Remove steak from the heat, let it rest, then slice thinly.
  7. Combine the cooked ravioli with the sauce, serve with sliced steak on top.
