- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add mixed seafood and cook until just opaque.
- Stir in heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, then simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles. Fill each circle with the seafood mixture.
- Fold and seal the edges, then brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
