Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup fish stock
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, corn, and thyme, cooking for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the scallops and lobster meat, cook for 8-10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
