Ingredients

- 1 pound scallops
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup fish stock
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, corn, and thyme, cooking for 5 minutes.
- Pour in the fish stock and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Add the scallops and lobster meat, cook for 8-10 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
