Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the cream sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute shrimp or crab for the lobster if desired.
