- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the lobster mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in red pepper flakes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the cream sauce.
- Feel free to substitute shrimp or crab for the lobster if desired.
