Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the lobster meat and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
