Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and paprika, cooking until shrimp turns pink, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and garnish with parsley before serving.
