- 2 fillets salmon
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and paprika, cooking until shrimp turns pink, around 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and garnish with parsley before serving.
