Description

A deliciously creamy dish combining shrimp with turkey bacon, garlic, and butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook the chopped turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Allow the sauce to simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Bring back the cooked turkey bacon and mix well.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with pasta or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
