Description

A delicious and easy recipe for creamy garlic baby potatoes combined with savory turkey bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and chop into pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  6. Mix in the cooked potatoes and bacon, heating through.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add more garlic for an extra kick.
  • For a lighter version, you can replace heavy cream with milk or a non-dairy alternative.
