- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crisp, then remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked potatoes and bacon, heating through.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add more garlic for an extra kick.
