Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the uncooked penne pasta and mix well.
- Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
