Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and half of the chopped pistachios.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each cheese ball in the remaining chopped pistachios to coat the outside.
