A rich and flavorful seafood bisque made with crab and shrimp, perfect for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the seafood stock, bring to a boil.
- Add the crab meat and shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier bisque, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Using fresh seafood will enhance the flavor of the bisque.
