Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Pour in the seafood stock, bring to a boil.
  3. Add the crab meat and shrimp, cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Old Bay seasoning, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
