Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup fresh corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and corn mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add in the crumbled turkey bacon and gently fold it into the slaw.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
