Description

A rich and creamy chicken tortellini dish loaded with fresh spinach and finished with a sprinkle of parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and spinach; cook until spinach is wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked tortellini and mix well until coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan if desired.
