- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package cheese tortellini
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked tortellini and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half.
