Description

This creamy chicken tortellini dish combines indulgent flavors with garlic, broccoli, and mozzarella for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • If you prefer a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with half-and-half.
