Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; add the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing everything to combine and heat through.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
