- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Cajun seasoning, green onions, and garlic.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish, then arrange the stuffed shells on top.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning as desired.
