Creamy Beef & Potato Cheesy Bake is a hearty dish perfect for families, combining savory beef and creamy potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions until fully cooked.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, then half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers and pour the cream of mushroom soup mixed with milk over the top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
