- 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Asiago cheese and paprika; mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
