Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add water a tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut it into strips.
  6. Wrap the strips around cream horn molds and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Allow to cool before filling with whipped cream.
