Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
