- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and fill with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
