Description

Indulge in the creamy, cheesy goodness of Crack Chicken Lasagna made with turkey bacon, perfect for a comforting family meal.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread 1/3 of the remaining chicken mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
  6. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with the remaining noodles and cheeses on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
  8. Allow cooling for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
  • Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
