- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until well mixed.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture.
- Spread 1/3 of the remaining chicken mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1/3 of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, followed by crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
- Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with the remaining noodles and cheeses on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
- Allow cooling for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
