- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the fillets to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños to the filling.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
