Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
