Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
