This Crab Pasta Salad is an easy and refreshing dish perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding some hot sauce or Old Bay seasoning.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for even better flavor.
