Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with turkey bacon and beef make a perfect appetizer for any occasion.

- 16 ounces large mushrooms
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, seasoning with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Mix in the breadcrumbs, cooked turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the beef mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some chopped jalapeños to the stuffing mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge before baking.
