A simple and tasty recipe to create your own version of Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza at home.

- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 taco-sized flour tortillas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then add the taco seasoning and water as directed on the package.
- Spread refried beans on one tortilla, top with the seasoned beef, and sprinkle cheese.
- Add diced tomatoes and olives on top, then place the second tortilla on top of the first.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, add sour cream on top, and enjoy!
