Description

These Cool Kiwi Strawberry Popsicles are the perfect way to beat the summer heat with a fruity and refreshing treat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, strawberries, sugar, coconut water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  4. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped mint.
