These Cool Kiwi Strawberry Popsicles are the perfect way to beat the summer heat with a fruity and refreshing treat!
Ingredients

- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped kiwis, strawberries, sugar, coconut water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped mint.
- These popsicles can be made a day in advance for a quick cool treat.
